केंद्र सरकार द्वारा बालिका बाल योजनाओ को केंद्र सरकार द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । और चाहे वह भारत के किस हिस्से में रहती हो। बालिकाएं और उनके माता-पिता द्वारा लाभ उठाया जा सकता है । भारत की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण केंद्रीय सरकारी बालिका बाल योजनाएं की प्रमुख विशेषताएं निम्नलिखित हैं।

 बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ

बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ बालिकाओं के लिए केंद्र सरकार की एक योजना है । जो पूरे देश में लागू है। इस योजना का प्रमुख उद्देश्य लिंक पशुपातपूर्ण गरबा जैसी सामाजिक बीमारियों से बालिकाओं को बचाना है । और पूरे देश में बालिकाओं को शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ाना है। इस योजना को शुरू में उन जिलों में लागू किया गया था। जिन में पुरुष बच्चों की तुलना में कम लिंगानुपात यानी कम महिला बच्चों को मान्यता दी गई थी। लेकिन बाद में इसका विस्तार देश के अन्य हिस्सों में भी किया गया। यह प्रमुख रूप में सामाजिक दृष्टिकोण को बदलने में मदद करने के लिए एक शिक्षा आधारित योजना है । और इसमें डायरेक्ट कैसे ट्रांसफर शामिल नहीं है।

 बालिकाओं के लिए इस सामाजिक कल्याण योजना के प्रमुख उद्देश्य

  1. लिंग पशपति चयनात्मक गर्भपात को रोकना।
  2. बचपन में बालिकाओं के अस्तित्व और सुरक्षा को सुनिश्चित करना।
  3. बालिकाओं की उच्च शिक्षा को सुनिश्चित करना।

सुकन्या समृद्धि योजना

सुकन्या समृद्धि योजना सरकार द्वारा चलाई जाने वाली विशेष बचत योजना है। जिसमें एक बालिका को प्राथमिक खाताधारक के रूप में रखा जाता है । जबकि माता-पिता कानूनी अभिभावक खाते के जॉइंट होल्डर होते हैं। यह खाता बालिका के 10 वर्ष के होने से पहले खोला जा सकता है । और खाता खोलने के बाद इसमें 15 वर्षों तक योगदान करने की आवश्यकता होती है।

  1. प्रारंभिक जम के आसान विकल्प ₹1000 से लेकर डेढ़ लाख रुपए तक।
  2. रिटर्न के तहत दर विद्या वर्ष 2022 से 23 की पहली तिमाही के अनुसार वर्तमान में 7.6% है।
  3. इनकम टैक्स 1961 की धारा 80c के तहत टैक्स लाभ।

बालिका समृद्धि योजना

बालिका समृद्धि योजना एक छात्रवृत्ति योजना है। जो गरीबी रेखा से नीचे वाली युवा लड़कियों को और उनकी माता को आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए बनाई गई है । योजना का प्रमुख उद्देश्य समाज में उनकी स्थिति मैं सुधार करना लड़कियों की विवाह योग्य आयु को बढ़ाना और साथ-साथ स्कूलों में लड़कियों की संख्या को बढ़ाना है।

माध्यमिक शिक्षा के लिए लड़कियों के लिए प्रोत्साहन की राष्ट्रीय योजना।

इसकी योजना के लिए लड़कियों के लिए प्रोत्साहन की राष्ट्रीय योजना भारत सरकार के मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय के स्कूल शिक्षा और साक्षरता विभाग द्वारा संचालित अखिल भारतीय योजना है । यह प्रमुख रूप से भारत के पिछले वर्गों की लड़कियों को लाभ देने के लिए है।

माध्यमिक शिक्षा के लिए लड़कियों के लिए प्रोत्साहन राष्ट्रीय योजना की योग्यता शर्तें।

  1. सभी एससी एसटी लड़कियां जिन्होंने कक्षा 8 की परीक्षा पास की है । अन्य सामाजिक वर्गों की छात्राएं भी योग्य है । यदि उन्होंने कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय से कक्षा 8 की परीक्षा पास की है।
  2. योजना के लिए योग्य लड़कियों की आयु 16 वर्ष से कम होनी चाहिए।
  3. जिन छात्रों की शादी हो चुकी है। या वह विभिन्न केंद्रीय सरकारी योजनाएं जैसे CBS, NVS, और KVS से लाभ ले रहे हैं। वह इस योजना के लिए योग्य नहीं है।

धनलक्ष्मी योजना

धनलक्ष्मी योजना केंद्र सरकार द्वारा मार्च 2008 में परिवारों को बालिकाओं को आर्थिक मदद प्रदान करने के लिए पायलट परियोजना के रूप में शुरू की गई थी। हालांकि सरकार द्वारा वर्षों से शुरू की गई अधिक आकर्षक योजनाओं के परिणाम स्वरूप धन लक्ष्मी योजना अब लगभग खत्म हो गई है।

निम्नलिखित प्रमुख राज्य थे जहां धनलक्ष्मी योजना पायलट परियोजना लागू की गई थी

  1. आंध्र प्रदेश
  2. बिहार
  3. छत्तीसगढ़
  4. झारखंड
  5. उड़ीसा
  6. पंजाब
  7. उत्तर प्रदेश

इस बालिका बाल कल्याण योजना की टाइटल परियोजना ऊपर दिए गए राज्यों के विशिष्ट ब्लॉकों में चलाई गई थी । जिन्हें बालिका लिंग अनुपात की तुलना में उनके निम्न स्तर के आधार पर चुना गया था। इस योजना के तहत आर्थिक प्रदान करने की प्राथमिक लक्ष्य शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देना था था।

धनलक्ष्मी योजना के तहत आर्थिक मदद

धनलक्ष्मी बालिका बाल कल्याण योजना ने बालिकाओं को जन्म से लेकर कक्षा 8 तक के माध्यमिक शिक्षा पूरी होने तक आर्थिक लाभ प्रदान किया।

लडली योजना कैसे काम करती है?

यह एक नगर प्रोत्साहन की योजना है जो किसी भी परिवार में 20 अगस्त 2015 के बाद दूसरी बेटी के जन्म पर ₹5000 की आर्थिक मदद प्रदान करती है । यह पैसा बालिका वह उसके माता-पिता के नाम पर एक किसान विकास पत्र मैं निवेश किया जाता है । और यह निवेश बालिका के 18 वर्ष की आयु पूरी होने के बाद ब्याज सहित परिवार को दे दी जाती है।
